I don't know if it's for all the banners, but for the last few days our banner isn't showing, just blank, missing image. Once in a while you'll see it pop up.
I've been using these banners for a few months now with no probs, just lately been having this issue. http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/76.74.205.213:25565/ The first 560x95 banner image. |

This is currently a known issue and will be addressed early this week.
