install procon bud thats your rcon tool it will help you administrate your server

there is procon as mentioned and there is mohcc from the same people that made bf2cc

Well theres a few out there thats for sure Procon is personally my fav its easy to use straight forward and loaded with features

i use procon and i rent from gameservers.com...its easy to get started and run
