Looking a little more deeply, this appears to be a player ban from a server.
Gametracker does not manage any game servers, nor involve itself in server management issues. If you have been banned by a particular server, then locate the server owner using http://www.gametracker.com/servers/ and contact them directly. A little advice: never try and tell an owner / admin "No reason". There is always a reason, even if not what seems to you a good or fair reason. I am a community user.
