Hi, I recently decided to try out a couple of games, haven't really played often in years but figured I'd check out your server since there isn't many left. I did see maybe a couple familar names from years past.

I was banned though after 2 games for cheating? Wondering if you can look into this as I was not cheating and would assume this was a ban by mistake.

Hi Sorry I have not checked on here in a long time there always hate messages so I don't bother Yes the Ban list is cleared every so often to give a Fresh start to those who cheat and to those who were banned by mistake or were mistaken for hackers a chance to play again.
We do our best but or only human and mistakes happen but we deal with so much all the time hackers cheaters server crashers trouble makers you name it there out there like ants.
So if its been awhile try again the list was just cleared few days ago today is 10-12-2017

I'll check but I was banned the night of the post. I surely know how many people can be a pain/hack. I helped Admin a server a long time ago for a long while. It's not the first time I've been banned for being a good shot lol. I know it happens, just need to have a system in place to be sure before banning maybe, If any of the players you have in the server have been around many years they might remember my name and know I am not a cheater or troublemaker

It did in fact unban me, I just joined and was banned after taking one shot. This community is so small and the admins are banning random people on the server. I don't really understand the reasoning behind this. Theres maybe what 100 players total anymore? Very few decent servers and you ban people that never even spoke in chat or did anything out of line?

I guess I'll ask again if you can look into this,

tcbmagicvega... you have seen with your own eyes what everone else sees.
Merlin likes to deflect and say people are just hating on him. I won't say bad things, but I will encourage you to look for yourself.

1) You have already seen that clean players get banned on merlins server pretty much every day. Do not believe me... scan the forums and you will see for yourself. The simple problem is - they cannot tell a good player from a hacker. So if you kill a few people, they just assume youre hacking. Talk to a lot of players and they will tell you - constant bans for no reason.

2) The server uses fake players every day, usually twice a day, to fake their gametracker ranking. Merlin says that anyone who says anything about this is just being a troublemaker. Do not believe me... look for yourself. You can see on the gametracker graphs for his server - every day, usually twice a day, he will load up his server with fake players just long enough to keep a high rank on gametracker. The gametracker stats will show between 10 and 20 players, but when that happens, jump on his server and you will see only a couple players, and most of them are inactive. If anyone mentions this, he will say 'hey 3 fake players are allowed'. That is true. But 10 or 20 fake players is not.

I strongly suggest that you take a look at the large number of posts on mohaa sites about this guy - he has a bad reputation for many things, google or search here and x-null.net and you'll see. But... look at the stats and make up your own mind.

Simply put - he gives server admins a bad name.

Hi We do not have fake players but I will ban and my Admin will ban any one who hacks cusses or disrespects admin or players to keep the server clean of trouble makers.
We or pretty busy in the after noon and evening that's why we spike at those times nothing fake about it.
There or some who only live to run there mouths it is sad.
The fact the ones posting this stuffs server is dead 99% of the time is why they have so much time spamming you don't see me doing the stuff there pulling makes me the better person.

As for as mistaken bans if they really were clean then they wouldn't be posting on here I almost never check this they need to Email Me at mc.guardian1@gmail.com

They did it because they investigated and found you still have fake players, EVERY DAY, just to keep up a high gametracker ranking. You do realize that anyone can search gametracker and x-null for players from your server complaining about getting banned don't you? It is a proven fact over many years that you and your admins ban someone who is not hacking most every week. Everyone can google for themseleves, and knows you are lying. The obvious fact, that many people on many servers are all talking about and have been for years - is that you and your admins simply cannot tell the difference between a good player and a hacker. But since you now deny it, I can understand why you cleared off your blog post on gametracker, cause lots of players were complaining about bans... That's so sad....

I am not sure what server you are talking about, but many folks on several different servers saw you register a nickname similar but different to an inspectorkluzo and post on 3 different websites spamming. You were caught red handed, and all those server owners and regular players (on multiple servers) are talking about it and know exactly who did it. So... so much for people not seeing you spamm and being the better person. You and the truth are at odds.

If that is true, then why do you have many posts recorded here, saying that your admins make mistakes - so much so that you have instituted a policy of clearing the ban list every week? There is example after example on this very forum proving what you say above is simply not true.

You give server admins a bad name!

If you kids want to fight, then I suggest you make one of the following arrangements:
1) get a room
2) hire a boxing ring
3) hire a dojo
4) select a game server to have an old fashioned 1 on 1
5) join twitter and hashtag each other to death
