Hello, i am server manager of my #WoV - Warriors of Valhalla Clan,

some twats are name faking our high ranked server in order to generate audience for their server by using our names & tags.

i hope the gametracker administration helps us & ban this server from Gametracker for mis use of our name and clan.

i know you might say that it says #VoW now instead of #WoV , well yes we managed to force them change it but they are still twating about it even after several msg's and taunts by Medal of Honor Allied Assault players on them for name faking our 4th Rank Server !

perhaps if you can highlight the specific part in TOS related to this issue would help me alot to understand or copy/paste the point can do the work aswell

however i agree on everything which is in rules & if it does not violate your terms , but i just need to read whats written in it to understand how it does not, i could not find the exact text or related to this issue

The link I posted suggests that you use the 'legal contact'. This is in the first 5 lines of the ToS.

The simple reality is, you would have to prove legal title to the server name via international copyright or no action would be taken.

If you have such proof, I suggest that you have your lawyers contact the lawyers of the owners of the server in question.
