Yes in phpMumbleAdmin you can set the order while configuring the channels. I assume they're gathering the Channel position and correcting the channel list in the PHP code before displaying it.

If you are into html/js/php you can look at the viewer i made at https://github.com/NonsenseInc/MumbleViewer. It is sorting the channels by their position attribute set with your server. Please let me know if you run into any problem by mail ( jan dot haan at yahoo dot de ) as I am not regullarly checking these forums.

We have resolved this issue. After some further investigation - the sorting issue was a GT bug, not a GTMurmur bug. You won't need to update GTMurmur for this fix.
