There are quite a few servers still around.
Nothing like the 20,000 + of the good old days, but a few hundred still. You are welcome to join us at ubernet.co.uk but we are UK based. Your ping might not be too good There are a few US servers in the list though. http://www.gametracker.com/search/q3/?searchipp=25 You may need your old map packs for some of them.
