Can't Join The Server Anymore, Was Able Too But Maybe The Server Needs To Be Restarted All I Get Is "AWAITING SNAPSHOT"

aint that what you get if its not the right version ?
eg 1.30 , 1.32 , think ioquake3 is 1.36
