I have both a legacy and an experimental server being hosted and I am wondering if Experimentals can be set up for claiming? At the moment I receive an error related to this URL (coming from gameservers.com)
Any ideas on this one?

It should work like a non-experimental Rust server. Your server was added today. If you run into issues, let me know.

How do I change the server port? I changed the query port correctly however server port does not seem to be editable under manage tab.

You can add the new server at http://www.gametracker.com/servers/

The join port is not editable on your page.

It is not a new server, I have only changed the game port..
