2 days ago added server (http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/80.250.80.23:27015/), but today we changed IP from 80.250.80.23 to 80.250.80.20.
Now server is working on new IP, but on gametracker its offline (because of old IP).
I can't edit server IP, because i forgot to claim it. And now i can't claim it, because it told me, that server is offline.
And i can't add new server with correct IP (its told me, that server offline, but its not).
Can u please help me?

Correct - if it is no longer online, you will not be able to claim the server to add your DNS. The DNS feature is the only feature to change the IP of a page. We do not change these features for you, and even if we did, we wouldn't be able to do so without proving it is currently your server.

What you would need to do would be to add the brand new server here:

http://www.gametracker.com/servers/
