 i have a certain server which is up and running without any hosts and i was wondering if i could rent it from you guys and be the only owner ?

You can not claim a server belonging to someone else.
Lack of a declared owner in Gametracker is no indication of a lack of physical owner, simply that they haven't claimed the server page, or may well be ignorant of the fact of their server being registered on Gametracker. Only the physical owner is able to claim their server on Gametracker. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support.
