I've been playing Rust for a while now, and me and my friends are kinda tired of all the admin abuse on the community/modded servers. So, I decided to make my own server to the Rust community.

You are free to play the way you want to! The only gameplay rule is to not build on caves/rocks, to make it fair for everybody. (and of course, no use of hacks)
