just wondering if anyone still play this game. used to play it religiously like six to eight years ago. I was very good, played a lot of competitive matches. I was just wondering if there still any good US servers, and if any leagues are still happening??. interested to see if there's a good amount of people that still play and worth re buying

I don't think many are playing this game anymore.
I've only seen a couple of servers that are normally full, but other than that, there is hardly any servers.

I wish there were more Capture The Flag servers.

It's a shame really, since Gamestop stopped their servers, half of SpearHead players had decreased.

Games like Counter-Strike condition Zero on the other hand is still going strong. I think we should get more people to play this and carry on leagues, competitions, clan wars!

It's up to use to do so!

It is a sad reflection of the times we now live in, things seem to have changed immensely and nothing stays the same.
I was an admin to a great clan (LSE Clan) which sadly ceased to operate as it once so proudly did, attracting players from around the world, it was one of the leaders in on-line-gaming supported by a really good team of workers which had a fantastic forum covering just about anything you could imagine, if you had a problem - any problem - there was always somebody who could or knew somebody who would help.
If it would start up again I would not hesitate to re-connect to one of the finest clans there ever was.
Sad to say it looks like things will never be again what we all enjoyed so much and probably at the time took for granted.

At least we did experience the great times while they were there.
