I set my server's ip into gametracker using a No-Ip address, and it changed to my real ip, and my ip is NOT static, so will it change if my ip changed because i set it with no-ip?

GT does not support the tracking of DNS addresses. If you enter the DNS address into the add server form in place of an IP, it will be resolved to an IP and the IP will be added to the system instead of the no-ip address. The server page, therefore won't switch to the new IP address.

then how do i set a static ip, i can't figure it out.

Your internet service provider would be able to tell you if they could give you a static IP.
