My server is alive and well with players currently online yet my Gametracker suddenly says the server is dead. Any help with this?

Do you mean the server in your favorites?

This server is not currently responding on 68.232.167.85:27010:27016. Have you recently made changes to block traffic on that query port? If it is hosted by a server provider, you may want to contact them to have them look into it.

Thanks for the reply. I am talking about my Sniper Elite V2 server. It went DEAD a few days ago. I had my Server provider reinstall on a different port as I was having problems. Now I deleted the old one on GameTracker but when I try to add the new server it does not like the IP or Domain Name. Not sure what it wants me to put in there...

What are you trying to enter on the form?

So I did that and I get this error message from GameTracker:

GAMETRACKER COULD NOT SCAN THE SERVER.
One of the following suggestions may help you:
Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning or whitelist the gametracker scanning IP addresses:

I've been using GameTracker to track my Sniper ELite V2 server for a while. Suddenly my server status was 'Dead'. GameServers re-installed my SEV2 server onto another one.

All I am trying to do it ADD my SEV2 server to GameTracker...but I cannot.

Also...my SEV2 server is up and running perfectly.

Hmm, you may need to get back in touch with them. Your server is not responding to GT or locally to me via HLSW. It is possible there is a firewall issue.
