Hi I have a problem I can not register at your server what it may be I join IP 109.70.149.41 and port is 10480 and querty port is 10490 thank you to someone for help

You'll need to open port 10490 in the server firewall so the scanners are not blocked from reaching the server.

Hi i rent server from markmods and tried setting up game-tracker but it wont let me all i see is failed but i am putting in my server IP and port as requested what could be wrong.

When the add failed, it provided you with useful suggestions. The likely culprit is a firewall port not open. I would recommend requesting your provider to open the appropriate query port in the firewall so GT is not blocked.
