after installing Swat 4 I create a gametracker acoount because I want to play the multiplayer mode. My problem is, that after choosing the "join" button at this site: https://www.gametracker.com/search/swat4/ the game doesn't works. After that I see this error: "Unknown startup.ini.file; Unknown: appInit"

I hope anybody can tell me what I have to do now to join into the server.
