When I was younger, i torrented this game and absolutely loved it. Now I wanna do the right thing and buy it but I'm not sure where to go for that. I live in Canada just on the border to the states so i have options of where to go, but i have looked just about everywhere i can think of, any suggestions?

Have you tried online stores? eg. Amazon, Bestbuy.com, walmart.com, etc.
