I am unable to scan this server on HLSW (hlsw.org), you can confirm this for yourself.
The most common issue has to do with a firewall. Please make sure any firewall software you use is configured properly to allow scanning on the appropriate port (TCP and UDP).

Routers may have built in firewalls that may require your attention also. You'll have to look through those settings to see if you need to make any changes there too.
