In the list I'm in the #300 position, and my nickname is XXX and I decide change for YYY
I go to Gamespy and change the nickname, late I check the list and I remain in #300 position
this happens?

There is currently no feature to merge player names if you change your player name. While it is not possible right now, it may be possible in the future. Please note that your old stats will remain saved unless the server owner resets them or the server is removed from the site.
