This is my server http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/91.239.67.28:9987/ status is offline but really is online. Bellow can see who is on the server.

Why status is offline when serv is online?

I was able to hit Update Scanning Parameters to get it back online.

If it goes back offline shortly, you need to determine which of the following IPs are blocked and unblock:

208.167.241.190
208.167.241.185
208.167.241.186
108.61.78.147
108.61.78.148
108.61.78.149
108.61.78.150

Back offlice


I add this ip to query_ip_whitelist.txt
208.167.241.190
208.167.241.185
208.167.241.186
108.61.78.147
108.61.78.148
108.61.78.149
108.61.78.150

I think it did not help.

What about the firewall? Did you unblock the IPs there?

i submitted this IP in hypervm panel to allowed ip.

Can you hit Update Scanning Parameters and we will see what happen
