Hey all, I've got a little problem GT says my TS 3 server is down when its not. Here's link http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/185.25.148.194:9987/

Few days ago everything was ok and working, I didn't change any permissions. Also its strange that GT shows a real time player list when it says its down :> I checked permissions via telnet like its written here http://www.gametracker.com/games/ts3/forum.php?thread=42258 every command was error id=0 msg=ok.

Also any ports are blocked, becouse I'm running other server on this ip just another port and its scanning well. Its port is 2493. Pls help me here :>

I just hit Update Scanning Parameters and it started updating again. If it goes back offline quickly, you have one or more of the following IPs blocked (either in TS3 or your firewall or both):

208.167.241.190
208.167.241.185
208.167.241.186
108.61.78.147
108.61.78.148
108.61.78.149
108.61.78.150

I don't think that firewall are blocking them, becouse like i said earlier on diffrent virtual server GT is working fine.

How to check if they are blocked in TS 3?

Weird, GT is showing server up and running now. But I didn't change anything.

Like I suggested earlier, GameTracker is not just one server. Therefore, each and every server on the website is not scanned by the same scanning server.

My implication above is that you have one or more of the IPs blocked which are being used to scan your one server, but a different one that is not blocked is being used to scan the other.

I'm not sure where the IP ban list is in TS3, but you'd need to check TS3 as well as your server firewall.
