I have a server that I have been running for months and lots of members who constantly play on it. Its a PUB Server, runs stock maps, and on an occasion the clan requests to trade for a bit. So we change the map to a trade map, it may only be on a trade map for an hour or two but other than that our server runs a regular map rotation. I do not know why two days ago my server was ranked and now all of a sudden y'all decide to unrank it.

Is there a way to fix this! Very annoying to show my members that we are doing quite well on building up the server and then out of nowhere our server rank gets dropped all the way down again.

I believe trade/idle/achievement maps are automatically deranked since pretty much all cases the players are not actually at their computer playing, hence they are not different than running a server with bots

I understand that if you run a server on those maps. I do not do that though. I only ran it one time for a few hours and then put it back on my normal map rotation. Since then I have not ran that map or any map like that and still its not being ranked. How can I have this removed so it can start being ranked again? There is no trade/achievement/idle maps in the map rotation at all and has not been.

You'll just have to wait for the map (trade/idle/achievement map) from the servers "Favorite maps" which will take 1 week.
