Servers Not Showing Up In Gameservers

I meant to say servers not showing up in gametracker.

I can't add them. It's weird. We've even tried disabling the firewall, but nothing.

An IP of one server is 66.255.195.197:27015

Here is the error I receive.
GAMETRACKER COULD NOT SCAN THE SERVER.

One of the following suggestions may help you:
Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning

Do you also have a router? Routers can have built in firewalls that may need configuring too.

or is it hosted by a game server provider? Have you tried contactng them?
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

It's hosted by a game server provider. I contacted them and they said the problem isn't on their end. I use End of Reality.

Have them download the HLSW (hlsw.org) tool so they can see what the problem is. Perhaps once they see this they should actually help you.
