I moved my servers (Blankservers) to a different host.

If each of the new servers are on the same join port and you've claimed the servers, you can set a DNS address on the "Manage" page. Once you do so, when you're ready to move the servers to the new IP, change the IP the DNS points to and wait for GT to update it.
Otherwise, the rank on your new server will get back up to where it was, assuming it is just as popular, within a week since that's all rank looks at.
