I have a queston, Gametracker refunds money for TF2 servers?, i changed my mind and want to try Gameservers, because my server eon GT dont work =(, and i didnt know that gameservers existed, is it posible?.

I think it would depend on how long you've had it, but I am not sure what the refund policy. You'd have to send an email to the support team mentioned in the premium page.

If it is not working due to a technical issue with the service, you can contact support to get the server working; however, if it is a issue caused by your customizations, they likely won't be able to help you because customization support is not provided with these packages (thus low prices) - you could always try a reinstall too.
