What am I? I'm peterpacz1, and I'm here to present you a deal that you cannot refuse! I host a team fortress 2 server on a mean, lean, linux machine, and I'm ready to drag you in there and make you play!
Oh wait? What are you saying? What makes me different from your typical server, huh?
Well, unlike those Nightteam pubs that you frequent, our server got custom maps. And don't even get me started on your pretty little custom map server - we are here for the REAL QUALITY GOODS! Unlike those trashy cp_orange webhosts that you find littering your Server Browser, we have REAL MAPS that REAL MEN and WOMEN enjoy! Sure, come along, and take a gander at our selection!

The Maps

We've got pl_waste - a high quality payload race map from the very depths of Gamebanna itself, with a very special twist! The cart moves both ways! Experience the feeling that your Grandfather had when he landed on Normandy - just like him you will get to drench EVERY INCH. of soil in blood and gunfire!
There's also dom_cliffhanger - jump in and witness the chaos of 5 goddamned control points, and watch as your teammates cap them all to make the time counter go down faster and faster!
Witness the beauty of CTF_Laynedecker, and dash across the hull of an authentically textured blue aircraft carrier, only to be blasted apart by red sentry fire!
And don't even get me started on all of the 50 other high quality custom maps from the TF2 community, all hand picked by me and probably playtested by the Gaben, Notch, and Steve Jobs!
What's that I hear? Oh, so you are upset that we don't have any dm_duel or cp_orange? Still mad at us that we don't have any "koolz mariokart"? Well, tell you what. I'm not going to deny it. Those maps got swagger - but REAL MAPS GOT CLASS!

The (Missing) Advertisements

But wait, there's more! Don't you dare glance at that back button, or I will personally reach across the monitor and grab you by the scuff of your neck! Our server does not run any advertisements, unlike that Saigen pit that you like to frequent, and there ain't no body running around with 360 noscope killstreak scatterguns, cause we don't do paid perks. Cameraman, are you getting this? We got no advertisements! What does this mean? Well,
No more annoying pinon ads!
Never hear a spooky scary video autoplay in the middle of your match again!
No need to see your chat polluted by the rainbowspastic username of [DONATOR][$$$][xX$M4st0r$Xx]!
Guess what? We don't even have an HTML MOTD. All of our content is free and will always be free - I'm not even asking for donations (BECAUSE REAL MEN PROVIDE FOR THEMSELVES!) Come on the server, and experience the ICONIC TF2 experience, before paid servers got on the scene - join in, play, and never see a single advertisement in your life!

The Gameplay

I'm a pitchman, bro - and my business comes from the pitch. Therefore, if you are still not convinced, then I'll really get down to business with you. You might be thinking, sure, alright - this server runs some (DAMN FINE) custom maps, and has no (annoying) advertisements. Why should I be here when I can get to that 24/7 Russian Dustbowl pub? Well, other then the fact that Putin now owns your computer, we are here to offer a new experience.
Remember back then when you first joined team fortress, and every corner was an adventure, and ever turn was a twist? The exhilaration that you get when you are deep and lost in enemy territory, setting up a teleporter? You feel like that because you are new to something. People are naturally curious creatures (unless it's you, brad) and that's why exploring is so fun.
Nowadays, you can rocket jump into the midst of 2Fort, and you'd immediately know where the snipers are, where the sentrys live, and how to get from Point A to Point B. Things become a math problem. There's no unknown anymore - there's no fun. We are here to change that.
We've got 50 High Quality custom maps down our belt, and every one of them is a new situation. A new way of playing. A new strategy and tactic!
Experience once again:
The terror of running around and smacking your head into a level 3 sentry!
The joy of using a back entrance to gain access to the enemy intel!
The glory at flanking around a hapless medic as he gets more and more lost in your base!

It's just starting out, but my friends already forced me to make a website (after force feeding me Oreos and Mountain dew), and you can go there to find a map showcase, and download links to all the maps if you want to play them offline by yourself (since you don't have any friends anyways).

sv_pure is 0, so if you are MLG modder with each model changed, you got a place for you!

As the tag says, server is in EU, Amsterdam to be precise. However, feel free to join us even if you are from USA. There are people with playable ping from there too!
