i solved it by following this

1) go to this website http://www.gametracker.com/games/ts3/forum.php?thread=42258
2)follow the instructions on adding permissions
3)go to gametracker click on your teamspeak server and let it scan again... fixed my problem

The basics are that TS3 has a lot of the info required by gametracker and a likes closed so they need to be manually turned on - Its not hard but if you have not done it before its hard to know where to start as above nice guide and video here -: http://www.gametracker.com/games/ts3/forum.php?thread=42258
