GameTracker has not released a list of each and every of the numerous IPs the scanners run off of. If you just allowed the IP that gametracker.com resovles to, that would explain why only claiming/updating parameters would work.

Please open the TCP and UDP port for 10011 in the firewall and also portfoward if your router if applicable. You could try disabling the firewall temporarily to see if there are any problems there.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

Same here. Server has been up and running for over a month. Past week it shows as "Dead" in GameTracker, yet I'm talking with my co-admin on teamspeak to resolve this issue. No changes to firewall or NAT port forwarding whatsoever. What gives?

Once you remove the TS3 scanning permissions, GameTracker will be unable to scan your TS3 server. Please readd the appropriate permissions or reenable the permissions near the bottom of http://www.gametracker.com/games/ts3/forum.php?thread=42258
