Teamspeak 3 server banner showing offline, server is online.

Hi

Could anyone explain why my gameservers clan Teamspeak server is always showing offline and yet you can join the server ok, server is not offline, banner says it is.

173.199.64.244:9303 - TeamSpeak 3 Server in Netherlands

My server does the same thing, need answer on why is showing offline when is really online ?
