GeoIP reports your IP as being from Germany. However, since GeoIP databases are not 100% accurate, you have the ability to claim the server and change the location flag to what it should be.

Yes, the option is right there. As I mentioned, you need to claim the server in order to be able to change the flag.

No, if you look more closely at the image you posted, there is a button you can use to claim the server - so this is on the GT site, not at whichever host you may use. If you are not aware of what you need to do before you hit the button, click the help (?) button next to it.
