hello
i have a 16 player ts3 threw game tracker ip is 8.9.5.238:9101 that seems to have seem one else using it even thow i pay for it ! it will not let me reset the key ! i cant reset the admin to regain control of the sever ! i tryed to reinstall but it wont change setting ! please need help fishtail901 |

That server is currently set up to use the query port 9100. If this is not correct, I can update it for you. Please email support and they will inform you what it should be if you do not know. ![]() |

i have no idea what it should be so it would be best to change to what it should be ! i cant get the key to work ! the sever port 9100 dose not work !

Hello again,
You can click the "Premium" link at the top of the page to get to your premium control panel. On that page you will find the email for support. If the "RESET" button to reset the TS3 Token does not work for you, that would also be something to mention to support. I have just tested it myself and it is working for me, but there may possibly be something wrong with your server. Once you click the reset button, the page should refresh and there should be a green message that says: This server has been successfully updated and restarted. Then, you will see a different TS3 token that can be used one time. ![]() |
