i messaged the teamspeak host and he confirmed the Query Port= 10011

so thats why my message here , hope u can help me out..cheers!!

I just tested this and it works for me.

telnet lon01.mainvoice.net 10011
use port=7214
serverinfo

I logged in, changed ports and display the server info. Please verify your setup values in gametracker. Its also possible we need to add the IP to the white list. Let us know what thier IP is and we can get it added.

I was connecting from a different computer, not local host, and not in the same network. I was not logging as admin.

I don't think your server provider knows what they are doing. If he/she bothers to do more than the serverinfo command, he/she will notice that channellist works fine, but clientlist does not.

However, it's something you can easily do yourself. Log in as admin and add the clientlist permission back, as I instructed as located in the guide.

Determine which of the following IPs are blocked and unblock them accordingly in your firewall (or TS3 server if this is the case):

Sorry im a noob i dont understand a thing of the whole story....
When i type telnet in cmd... telnet opens... then i type 0 and press enter... it say TO) than i type 146.185.28.165 7214 and press enter... nothing happens
