Can't add/claim my server

Hi,
I've tryed to add my server but I can't.
I think my permissions are done right
ip: ts.golego.pl
port:9987
query: 10011

I am not able to test your permissions for you because you are blocking traffic on port 10011. Please open that port and try again.

Still no luck. Port is still blocking traffic.
