i ave added your ip's to the ts3 whitelist. have set up group "guests" permissions. and the server is online, and no fire wall. Can you guys give me a hand getting this bad boy to show up. thanks, cheers! |

There is no server responding on that query port. I would recommend contacting your server provider to request what it is set as.

i have the server hosted on my own root server. how do i check the query port?

I believe it is described in the documentation that comes with the server.
