Unfortunately, you would not be able to use the DNS feature to change the IP of the first page to that of the second page because the join ports are different.

Secondly, the Migrate Stats feature would not do anything for you because you do not have any player stats to migrate with a TS3 server.

Please keep in mind it only takes a week to recover rank (which the pages are already close anyway) if your server is just as popular because rank doesn't look at anything else.
