Hello, i have a problem when i scan my rented ts3 server. GAMETRACKER COULD NOT SCAN THE SERVER. And there is some suggestion. My server online, Query port is okay, i think there's no firewall. Query setting in server group --> Guest is done.

I asked my server provider, and he thinks there's an error with the Gametracker.com

Any idea?

My ts address: ts1.clans.hu:10028

join port: 10028
query port: 10011

The server is not allowing traffic on port 10011. I have confirmed this via HLSW (37.221.209.96:10028:10011/TS3) as well as the telnet tests on http://www.gametracker.com/games/ts3/forum.php?thread=42258

You'll need to get in touch with your server provider and request that they open this port for you.
