To delete a server, you must have claimed it.
If you have claimed it and the delete button is disabled, it is most likely disabled because the server was automatically added. At this time those types cannot be deleted. If the delete button is disabled, you also have the option to disable query permissions on your server. Once you do so, GT will no longer be able to scan it and eventually remove it automatically.
