Hi, I am trying to add my TS3 server with a sub domain I have gotten from ts3dns.com.

However when I try to add my server with the domain gametracker wont find it. BUT if I add the server with my server IP gametracker has no problem finding it.

I have followed the troubleshoot guide 100% but it still wont work with a domain.

Here is the following infomation for my server with bot server IP and domain.

Domain: gnn.ts3dns.com

Port for domain: Default

IP: 51.254.4.234

Port for IP: 6005


I know the port from the domain to the IP is different. However I have tried both still with no luck.

You should point the DNS to 51.254.4.234 instead of 146.148.123.238, if you want it to be able to find a server on that DNS.
