Once you claim the server, you will be able to adjust the location flag shown on the page to the correct one.

If you're asking about actual TS3 server hosting in Portugal, obviously changing the location flag shown on GameTracker will not do that. You'll need to contact your host about moving to that location, instead, or find a host that hosts in Portugal.

I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.
