recently my old vps fot suspeded on which my ts3 server was running now I buyed new vps but when updated scanning it's showing nr why this thing is happening ?

If I were you, I'd make a post requesting rejoining the rankings, and wait as per the instructions in the thread that Burn posted.

Your 'new' IP was obviously associated with a previous server that was banned and deleted.

The sooner you make your ban appeal using the link (posted by Burn) above, the sooner your case will be reviewed.
