Hello guys,

I've been trying to put my TS3 server on your platform for days, without success. A generic error message appears saying that it was not possible to scan the server. I have already made all the recommendations that the Help Topic indicates (giving visitors permissions) and it still does not work.

It is your TS3, it is up to you to add it.

Only you can fix that.
You must be able to complete all of the telnet tests from a machine other than the TS3 server before it will add to Gametracker.
There is no 'magic fix'.
