is it possible to show the website address instead of showing the ip?

Using a dns host name yes.

that page just refers to migrating player stats/server page, there is no explanation of how to set it to show the website address in the banner instead of the ip, my website and ts use the same address to allow people to connect, id rather not have my ip show in the ts3 server banner

It may be worth pointing out that your website name / dns name do not hide your IP address.
A simple command line ICMP echo request (ping) will immediately resolve the dns name to an IP address and display it. The server page will continue to display the resolved IP address in the 'Server Summary' section. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support.
