I see this as an advantage over other servers because those with ipv6 support have lower latencies compared to the ipv4 protocol. But I cannot specify that you can use 2 ip addresses. Although when connecting to the ts.ft28.ru domain, the computer itself will select the required version of ip.
But the banner indicates the default ipv4.
I want to prioritize the domain and not ip, how do I do this?

You can't. There's no support for ipv6.
