My server is located in New York, US. But in the default scan it acquires Philippines location and even after claiming the server i cannot change the location because New York or US do not exist in the location list.

As you noticed in the list, there are no abbreviations for countries - it uses the full name. For example, do not use US, look for "United States" which is right spat at the top of the list.

my server location say its in Tanzania how does this get fixed?
