Cannot add TS3 to a tracker

Hi,

I have a working TS3 server and when trying to add it, I receive and error that my server might be blocking it and the Firewall is down. What can be the problem?

TS address: 192.126.94.61:3306

This is the whole error:
One of the following suggestions may help you:
Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning or whitelist the gametracker scanning IP addresses:

Most likely permissions. You can check the mentioned link to find what needs to be added. If it does not work still, you can find the telnet guide to determine what is erroring out.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.
