It wont let me add the server to gametracker...
tsny1.vilayer.com:10061 that is the ip and port,  that is also showing on my vilayer control panel |

When you fail to add the server, it gives you an error message with a few helpful suggestions. That includes a link to the following thread (which is also a sticky topic right above yours):
http://www.gametracker.com/games/ts3/forum.php?thread=42258 where you will instructions on how to enable query.
