Server not scanned after DDoS

My server here http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/107.152.128.66:9987/ recently suffered DDoS attacks which took the server offline for 2 days. The server is currently free of the pest. GameTracker says scans are being sent to the website, but no update is show for the server being "Down".

Any help?

No server is currently running on port 9987
