The Institute of Gamers is a multi gaming community specializing in sim racing but is expanding to other games.

Due to us trying to expand we are looking for trust worthy responsible people to take on the role of becoming an Admin and Moderator. The process is very complex with lots of questions to make sure you can be trusted and will be able to do your job correctly.

The Job of Admin will include:

1. Advertising the server bringing new members in
2. Monitoring the forums as they are used by members more and more (more in the future)
3. Fixing problems among members like dealing with complaints.
4. Reporting problems to Server Admins if the problem is out of your rank
5. Being friendly and showing yourself in public channels

The Job of Moderator will include:

1. Advertising and bringing new members in
2. Taking in member requests
3. Working closely with Admins
4. More to come
