i have a back up ts3 i want to add to game tracker. i have changed the name in the ts3 to GameTracker to add it but game tracker still scans it as the |RIIP|backup ts. it even says it the sever its name has been changed to game tracker i have stoped and restrarted but in game tracker it wont drop the old name so i can claim it. i contacted Game Severs they tell me it a game tracker problem.

Would you please take a screenshot of your window with a telnet session open and the commands up to and including serverinfo entered (please make sure the server name is showing in it and that it says GameTracker)? On the other half of the screen, could you have the gametracker page shown with the error, such as:

What i am looking to see is the telnet session show the servername as GameTracker, but when you click the claim button at the same time, the GameTracker page scanning wrong.

i am going to shut this sever down and start a new one because there was some hackers not once but twice in there. they have it so messed up. most of it i can not do anything with
